About the Role
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you’ll work across different year groups and settings to support teaching, learning and pupil development.
You will:
• Assist teachers in creating positive, inclusive and engaging learning environments.
• Provide 1:1, small-group or in class support depending on need.
• Help with classroom preparation, resources, displays and administrative tasks.
• Support pupils’ emotional wellbeing, behaviour and academic development.
• Work proactively with teaching staff to ensure pupils can thrive and achieve their potential.
Assignments may vary day to day or longer-term depending on academy needs.

Relevant TA qualifications (Level 1-3) and experience working in educational settings are essential for supply roles.

Salary:
Level 1 - Grade C Points 5-6
Level 2 - Grade D Points 7-10
Level 3 - Grade E Points 11-16
• Daily rate is dependent on experience and qualification level.
