The Trustees at Victorious Academies Trust would like to appoint an EYFS Lead at Gamesley Primary School, Grindleford Gardens, Gamesley. SK13 6HW
Our Trust’s vision is to support young people to develop the aspiration and motivation to be successful; we have high ambitions for all young people in our schools and all roles within our Trust are central to ensuring that we work to support this.
Gamesley Primary School is a warm, vibrant and deeply committed community serving an area with high levels of need. Many of our children join us with low starting points, limited early language experiences, and a wide range of additional needs. This context shapes our purpose: we work tirelessly to ensure that every child is seen, valued, and given the strongest possible foundations for learning and life.
Our Early Years team plays a crucial role in this mission. We believe that high quality early education, rich in language, play, nurture and ambition, has the power to transform outcomes. Staff work closely with families, external agencies and one another to create a safe, joyful and inclusive environment where children can thrive.
We are proud of our community, proud of our children, and proud of the difference we make every day. We are looking for an Early Years Lead who shares our belief that early intervention, strong relationships and high expectations can change life chances, and who is ready to lead with creativity, compassion and determination.
