Buckton Vale Primary School are looking to appoint an Assistant Cook to join our school catering team.
We are looking for an Assistant Cook who works well as part of a team, maintains a high standard of cleanliness and contributes enthusiastically to the whole school community.
This role is to:
To provide support in the preparation, cooking and serving of food and beverages.
Preparation of service areas and equipment in the service area for the efficient and effective delivery of meals and catering services.
Cleaning of catering areas and kitchen equipment to the required standards.
The hours of the role are Monday to Friday (Term Time Only) 9.30am - 1.30pm

Proposed Start Date: 8th June 2026
Salary: TMBC Grade C Point 5-6 (pro-rata paid salary at £12,163 - £12,356)
