About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled KS2 Teaching Assistant who can make a strong contribution to our dedicated team.
The successful candidate will:
Work predominantly in Key Stage 2, supporting learning across the curriculum.
Bring experience of working in KS2 (highly desirable).
Lead small group interventions and targeted support to accelerate progress.
Provide clear, accurate feedback to pupils to support their academic and personal development.
Assist the class teacher with planning, preparation and assessment.
Cover classes when required, following school and Trust policy.
Promote independence, positive behaviour and inclusion.
Support pupils during midday periods, contributing to lunchtime provision and behaviour expectations.

This role is a fixed term contract at 33.5 hours per week – Term Time Only with an actual pro-rata salary of £22,410 - £24,302 - Grade E points 11-16.
