Our Trust

Victorious_Promotional-18.jpg

Founded in January 2018, our Trust is a vibrant and growing family of schools based in the North West of England, currently spanning Tameside and Glossop. As a medium-sized multi academy trust, we are proud to work in partnership with 14 schools — 13 fully converted academies and one associate school currently in the process of converting

All of our schools are united by a shared vision and a set of core values that shape everything we do. Our established East Manchester Hub brings together all 14 schools in a strong, collaborative community.

Building on the success and experience of this hub, we are excited to be working with additional schools in adjacent local authorities to develop additional hubs, further extending the benefits of our Central Team services, which we have carefully grown since our formation in 2018.

We believe in creating pathways for all — ensuring that every learner can thrive, achieve, and be inspired. Our vision focuses equally on personal growth, academic progress, character development, and preparation for employment. Lifelong learning, professional development, and meaningful community engagement are at the heart of our work.

By removing barriers to achievement and setting learning within the context of each individual’s future aspirations, we aim to empower every child, young person, and adult to fulfil their potential — today and in the future.

Why Join Victorious?

At Victorious Academies Trust, we are passionate about making a difference — for our children and for the dedicated people who work with us. Our staff are our greatest strength and their drive to deliver the best outcomes for pupils inspires everything we do.

We invest in continuous professional development and are proud of our strong track record in supporting staff progression across the Trust. Whatever your role, you’ll be encouraged to grow and develop your potential.

Staff wellbeing is at the heart of our values. Our Trust-wide wellbeing strategy promotes emotional, mental  and physical health for both pupils and staff. Through collaboration, shared expertise and a supportive culture, we enhance staff wellbeing and foster a positive working environment.

We also prioritise safeguarding and safety, with comprehensive training for all staff in key areas such as mental health, radicalisation and child protection.

Each of our schools has its own unique identity, and we celebrate that individuality. With strong, committed leadership — from our CEO to our Trustees — we foster autonomy while maintaining the highest standards.

Join a team that is professional, passionate, and proud to secure bright futures for every child — and for each other.
